How to apply online registration for NBI CLEARANCE

My NBI clearance is expired i will renew but my sked is too busy, one of my friend tell me to apply online for renewal of my NBI clearance Online i search the internet to find out how to apply nbi clearance online, i found the correct site for online registration of my nbi clearance. Do you need a guide on how to apply NBI clearance online. Ill give a short details below.

First to do is go to this site http://nbi.njis-ph.com
then fill up if you are first timer to get NBI clearance choose NEW
if your 2nd timer you need to choose RENEWAL then type your, name, surname, middle name,
address, all about yourself.
then after finishing fill up. you need to print your filled up application form
then to go your nearest national bureau of investigation station.

REQUIREMENTS: FOR NEW NBI CLEARANCE
- Valid i.d (identification card) eg. sss, philhealth, company id, tin no., ect
- CEDULA
- Cost P115 for New applicant
